FAQ
FAQ
What Is The Focus At Junior Soccer School?
The Junior Soccer School works on foundational movements for beginning soccer players: turns, skills, footworks, etc. We are looking to create a good base and implement the same Strikers coaching points that we use for our club teams.
How Are The Kids Separated?
We have three different levels: Little Strikers, Junior Strikers, and Elite Strikers. Little Strikers is for beginning, younger players who are just getting started with a ball at their feet! Junior Strikers is for slightly older players who are ready to learn more advanced skills. Elite Strikers is a specific class designed for 4-9 year olds that are looking to join one of our club competitive club teams in the next year.
How Big Is Each Class?
Each coach takes around 10-15 kids per session.
Are there games at the Soccer School?
We have pick up games on Sunday in Costa Mesa either Davis Magnet School or TeWinkle Middle School. Sign up HERE.
What Is The Difference Between Junior Soccer School And The Club Teams?
The club teams participate in a competitive league and the soccer school is the bridge between rec soccer and those competitive teams. We have many players on our club teams that have come through the Soccer School.
Where Is Training?
All trainings are at Oak Creek Community Park and Heritage Park A. Fields are subject to City of Irvine Changes.
